Cosmetics and perfumes are a major revenue-generator for the Bay, and teaching their sales people to sell better is important to their bottom line. Working with instructional designers from Shaugnessy & Howell, Electra created a stand-alone, home study sales course on CD-ROM.

With simulations, and plenty of involving exercises, the CD-ROM was part of the Bay training program that won a Canadian Skills Development Training OTTER Award.
